Options and Extras allow you to choose how your home will look and how it will be fitted out and equipped.
What are Options?
You have a choice of styles and colours for things like tiling and kitchen units that are within the price of your home.
For example, you can choose between:
- Colours of granite for worktops
- Kitchen tiles
- Floor tiles
- Kitchen units
- Bathroom tiles
- Different makes of appliances – oven, hob, washing machine
What are Extras?
Some examples of Extras are:
- Enlarging your swimming pool from the standard size (normally 8x4 m)
- Additional kitchen appliances: tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave
- Water softener, drinking water system, osmosis unit
- Extra electrics, such as: sockets, electric garage doors, additional lights etc
- Fly screens, floor safes, roof lockers etc
