Purchasing a new home in Desert Springs includes what is called a Non-Resident golf membership. This entitles you to up to play up to 40 rounds per year. The annual subscription for this is €1,114.00 and for your partner this would cost € 945.00. This equates to approximately €25 per round which is fantastic value on a course of this quality. You have to take up this offer within one month of purchase.
If you find that you are lucky enough to want to play more than 40 rounds during the year, a Non-Resident member may play up to 35 extra rounds at the Members Special Green Fee Rate, currently more than 45% off the standard green fee.
- During June, July, August and September one round counts as half a round.
- You are entitled to a maximum of 75 guest rounds, who receive more than 45% discount off.

- You are entitled to an unlimited number of family member guests, who receive more than 45% discount off the standard green fee.
- It costs €30.00 to hire a buggy.
- It is €3.00 for one bucket of 30 balls, €12.00 for five buckets.
- There is a discount of 10% off all items in the golf shop.
- There is also a Resident Membership for those who want to play a lot of golf on an annual basis. For this you have to buy a membership at a current rate of €21,500 and if your partner also wants a full membership this would cost €18,275. The annual subscription costs in this instance would be €1,656 and for a partner €1,408, and for this you are entitled to play an unlimited amount of golf during the year.
