Q: Can you help me with renting out the property?
A: Yes, we can offer a full letting service, allowing you peace of mind while your property earns money.
Q: Does my property have to be of a certain standard?
A: Yes. Generally, the better equipped, fitted out, and decorated your property is, the more successful it will be in attracting lets.
Q: What letting services do you provide?
A: We can:
- Handle the marketing and advertising
- Deal with enquiries and bookings
- Prepare the property
- Deal with all matters while your property is occupied
- Handle administration and accounting
Q: Is there help for guests on arrival?
A: We can provide a ‘Meeting and Greeting’ service for guests, handle keys on arrival and departure, and provide a welcome pack, if required.
Q: What if the guests need assistance during their holiday?
A: While guests are staying in your property a ‘helping hand’ service can deal with any requests for help during normal office hours. A 24 hour emergency call service is available for urgent problems.
